   Gave this to my daughter (who likes sharks and "shark week") as a graduation present. We added "FIN-ISHED" stick on lettering to the side. We knocked on her door, hid, and then "swam" it into her apartment when she answered the door. She loved it! Be very gentle when you assemble it since the parts are necessarily very light weight, and you might want to have some epoxy on available (but unmixed) if you break something. Works well if assembled correctly (check out assembly videos). Fantastic idea. Very clever design! Great fun to fly and amaze people. You might want to locate a source of helium (such as a party shop or any store that sells balloons) before you purchase it. It has an ingenious clay ballast system so you just keep removing clay as it slowly looses helium. I think hers lasted about a month. We probably could have refilled it but by that time the fins and tail were rather damaged by collisions during parties.

   This thing is seriously so much fun! My kids got this for me for Christmas and we can't stop playing with it, even named it Serverus. We have a two story home and it's so much fun to fly it up and down the stairs. It can be a bit tricky to put together and I got the shark filed up at a local grocery store. I hate to say this but it scares the crap out of my three year old daughter. My other kids love to fly it around, the controls are really easy to use. I can't comment on how long the helium lasts bc we are still on the first fill (filled it three days ago). When school starts back I'm going to fly it into my big kids room and let Severus wake them up! Love this thing!

   This was the best Xmas gift ever for my 7yo shark enthusiast! Took a while to assemble but it was easy with the very detailed directions. Can't believe it didn't cost $100! Took to controlling it right away & Flew it around my parents 2 story great room all holiday! Even made some fun jaws movies. Great engineering project! Definitely follow the directions carefully. No need to buy the $40 helium tank. I took mine to the local grocery store with a florist shop that did balloons and they charged me $2.50 to fill it up. It's pretty huge so make sure you have enough room in your car once it's full to get it home. Everyone saw it and wanted to know where I got it. Maybe I can share a video or pic later. Get it! Get 2! Get all of them! (Angry bird & nemo) It's pretty surreal. Don't take it outside or let the dog bite it.

   it blew me away because of curiosity. i said what is a air swimmer, so i bought one, sometimes its worth taking that chance heeee, it really is the coolest thing ,,so i bought it . it can keep you busy for hours maneuvering this big shark around in the house , just the way it moves is so cool looking, once you master how to make it swim in the air , it will keep you busy for the winter time when couped up in the house , it works better in the house not out side, ,, the seller was promt on its delivery date, the package was well done, keep up tehe good work,,,, just take your time with the instructions, dont get frustrated , i recommend to buy a helium gas tank , its worth buying both items at the same time, "have fun" , dont worry the shark dont bite

   Regarding performance, this beast is amazingly agile once you get the hang of maneuvering it. It's so responsive you almost look for reverse. Pay close attention to where you place the incline assembly for balance purposes!! One small note, we purchased this for use in our kids classes in a studio attached to an office. Helium has different bouyancy in different air temperatures - for example, warm office: perfectly balanced and floats perfectly. Studio: colder, and the shark shoots straight for the rafters!! Keep the clay weights handy.

   Super cool! Honestly, it's hard to put together the first time, but if I did it again, it would be pretty easy. The balancing requires some patience (I recommended rolling the putty into a ball, so that you can remove easily when need be.) All my friends love this thing. My only complaint, which I think they should fix in future versions, is that if you are above the unit or on certain side angles, the remote doesnt catch. They should find a way to have sensors on all sides, so that you can use it no matter where you are standing in relation to it. Shark rules!

   This is a fun toy which my boy really enjoyed. Two things you need to do however if you purchase are (1) allocate at least an hour to put it together, preferably with someone to help and (2) put packing tape over every side of every hook and connection on the balloon. The tape they provide will not last more than a couple hours of use and you'll find yourself trying to reattach the points with tape later if you don't do this originally. Not a failing on their part but something that really needs to be done for it to hold together. One other point. If you buy helium on line be aware that most are 80% helium and 20% air mixtures so your filling won't last as long as if 100% helium, plus the tanks can not be refilled.

   We have a large indoor area and our own helium tank so we aren't experiencing the issues some others are. As far as assembly goes I highly recommend watching a Youtube video. It was pretty easy going that route. This thing has been very entertaining and seems to be pretty decent quality. I did reinforce some of their clear tape patches with some additional clear packing tape to keep things from popping off.

   Liked ours that we purchased at Christmas so much that we just sent one as an Easter gift to some other kids in the family. If you get tired of your shark, you can purchase a replacement clown fish balloon and the remote control unit is adaptable to the other style balloon, too. Just to prove that this toy is truly fun for all ages, we took it to the nursing home when we went to visit and it caused quite a stir. Thinking of getting grandpa one of his own to entertain his friends since they had so much fun with ours!
