   I smoked for 7 years and I drink coffee and used to drink a lot of red wine. I have used crest white strips for something close to a decade. For a while I will use them once a week and then for one reason or another I'll fall off my self care and forget to do them or run out and not be able to afford more. However I ALWAYS end up coming back to these. I have had my teeth professionally whitened at the dentist and that was extremely expensive and the sensitivity I experience afterward was not even worth it. My teeth were definitely very white but as I just said the pain and sensitivity made it not worth it. I use these once a week every week and I absolutely see a difference in the shade of my enamel and I have zero sensitivity.

   Excellent is the word for this product!!I was initially apprehensive abt this but then thought of giving it a try..n voila..it works..I would recommend to use it a day prior to an event/occasion so that the new whiteness of the teeth kind of gets even n gets settled till the D day..I am just happy with the result by using it once..think i'll use it after a few weeks if the need rises..excellent service by the seller n Amazon!    These work just as good as Rembrandt or Crest Strips and are fairly easy to apply. I use the top one with a mouth guard and that helps to keep it and the bottom one in place. I do not find the taste annoying. Some areas do get whiter than others but that does not bother me over the course of the treatment. My teeth are over 70 years old and I think some parts absorb the whitening process better than other parts. That is not the fault of the product.

   This product is great and I have somewhat sensitive teeth. Through trial and error trying non legitimate products: I’ve experienced peroxide burns on my gums, ridiculous tooth aches (and sometimes “ghost aches” which are the same extreme sharp pains I experienced while using strong peroxide ), and a lot of discomfort. Not to mention making the teeth tray, squeezing gel on to it and worrying about if it’s too much or too little. AND NO BLUE LIGHT!In comes crest! It’s really great I have not felt pain or discomfort anywhere near the others I’ve tried and to be frank I was really scared to try these! It’s a very mild tingle and a little discomfort around the gums but again- nothing painful. Best part is no peroxide burns on my gums! It’s easy to put on (it has a great grip), and to take off. No gel or teeth molding necessary.I can’t wait to continue using this product. I’ve already seen some very minor differences the first try! Highly recommend.

   I’ve been using these in hopes of avoiding the whole tray-and-goop situation, which almost always fails for me. So far so good! I’m almost all the way through the box, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my teeth.I have some crooked chompers, and at first that made them hard to apply. After a couple tries though, I started using sharp pointed eyebrow scissors to cut the strips around the areas where I needed it. This let me move them where they should go without much hassle.My teeth are very sensitive to start with, so I was worried about how these would affect that. I found that if I use them every other day or every third day, I experience only the slightest bit of sensitivity. This has worked well for me. I’ll be ordering another box when the time comes!

   Very easy to use, and definitely works!! I’m guessing its some sort of hydrogen peroxide gel that works because of the sticker that keeps a high concentration in place for you long enough to actually get results. I am very happy with my results. My only complaint is that its maybe kind of spendy. Enough that I hesitated to buy these for many years. I feel like this particular set with the 2 bonus 1-hr strip sets is a pretty good deal, but I haven’t tried the more intense kits because theyre even more expensive. This kit gets good enough results that I might finally try to upgrade to them tho!I was told to save the two 1-hr strip sets for maintenance 6 and 9 months down the road and then buy a new kit in a year to repeat. That made a lot of sense to me so that’s what I’m trying. That being said the results I got were without the final 2 treatments! You may be able to get even better results than I did if you do them all back to back.

   You would be hard-pressed to find someone who drinks for coffee and soda than I. I've had discolored teeth from braces from several years ago and my poor drink choices but these whitening strips make it seem like none of that ever happened. After using these strips just three times in a week (a couple days in between) my teeth were as white as I'd ever imagined. They weren't pearly pristine white like in commercials but they were a pleasant, natural white. Whenever I notice that my drinks are staining my teeth (because let's face it, taking coffee and soda out of my routine is not a choice) I just pop one of these on after I brush my teeth at night, take it off before I got to bed and by morning my teeth already look considerably better!

   So upon reading some of the other reviews for the white strips I thought I would add my two cents to see if I can help some of the people having some trouble. First the review of the product itself.I've used a lot of whitening products in the last few years, strips predominately. I can confidently say that these work just as good as the equivalent Crest product.
