I try very hard to buy U.S. made or U.S. friendly countries so was not happy when it said it could be 5-6 weeks to be delivered. Having said that.....it came in under 2 weeks. The product is very well made and works exactly as it should. Yes, it will seem a little challenging at first but after your first layer under your belt you'll feel like a pro.

Gradually i started making good cakes but I was struggling in cutting the cake and filling it with the cream. So, I wanted something that can help me in cutting cakes so that I can moist them and fill them with various fillings. I bought this very effective and really helpful tool for my cake cutting. This has multiple adjustments which I can use for any size of my round cake. The cutter cuts the cake evenly. It also has setting to cut my cake from top so that I can make an even top on the cake. Now I can cut my cake in as thick as layer as I want or as thin layer as I want. The price is also not too much, so I will say worth the price paid.

I made a 8 layer cake from 2 cake mixes and added a cooked chocolate frosting. The cake layers were easy to slice and very even.    This works the way it's designed to; however, cutting cakes takes some patience since the bars on the side are very sharp and flimsy. Be careful when using/washing, or you'll cut your hands. I'm not sure if it's stainless steel or aluminum, but it works fine and hasn't rusted for me. Just air dry really well.

   I make and sell cakes and I have always leveled a cake the hard way, by hand and with a level sometimes.i am so obsessive about it being level that this would be one of the longer steps for me. I dont know why I didn't think about one of these (I didn't even know they existed) but once I tried it BAM done with one of the hardest parts. Every layer of the cake is perfect even and it does slopes also! Just make the start and end points and freely cut. Perfectly even all the way around.

   Define damage package. Amazon delivery box was totally fine. The couple of other products in the delivery box were just as fine. The package for this product was damaged good and not from the couple of other products. Do you blame Amazon for placing damage product to send out or this company for sending Amazon damage product? Who ever is at fault just know you can bend the Stainless Steel back with your fingers.
   
   I am also letting you know this for you might bend the Stainless Steel yourself from moving in and out of storage.
