I love that with this I can change the thickness of the slice. I like thinner on my sandwich bread, 2nd slot for sourdough and 3rd slot for cinnamon swirl bread (for French toast). I've used this several times a week since purchasing and highly recommend it. It's very simple to clean and takes up minimal space when folded and put away.
