   This is a great item for making chopped salads. My suggestion is, use a serrated knife and cut slowly, with a back and forth motion, or soft fruits and vegetables will be squashed. I have difficulty chopping or slicing veggies, I too often slice into my fingers. No sliced digits with this. I would give it ten stars, if I could.

   Wow Is all I can say! I felt stupid for ordering such a crazy looking thing but it sure does it’s job. I am so happy to be able to make a quick salad chopped up the way I like it. I don’t order salads to go because they aren’t chopped up well enough. Now I can easily make my own. It’s smaller than I expected but actually makes plenty for 2-4 people.
