My son needed some assistance to keep it moving forward and backward but it ended up being a big hit and they got in some quality father/son time playing with the car together. With practice, my son is definitely getting better at handling the remote and driving the car. The chargeable batteries that come with the car are a big bonus and every time we’re finished playing, we re-charge the batteries so they’re ready to go the next time we take it out to play.
