   My father's hands get very cold now that he is older (92). This was a huge hit for Christmas. He has large hands but has enough room to be comfortable. We thing the hardest thing will be keeping the cat, who is 19, from sitting on it to warm up. My Dad has really enjoyed using the heated mouse pad and I will be ordering another one for me.

   I put a review on her in January, that it worked and was warmed but it took a long time to get here, and they sent me the wrong color. The company contacted me and said they checked my order and admitted they made a mistake and would send me the correct color. Well I finally got it, so I came on here to revise my review to say, at least they do pay attention to their reviews and make it right, even though it still took a long time for the replacement to get here-and lo and behold, my original review is gone. Oh well-I think this review sums up the original and the update. I am using it right now, because my hands do get extremely cold in the winter and I have to work at my computer all day. It can get too warm sometimes, so then I just switch back out to my regular mouse pad. First thing in the morning on cold winter mornings, though, this is nice to have if you have to be at a computer.

   My wife uses this gift in her freezing office and absolutely loves it for the hand she uses the mouse with. Helps keep the fingers warmer which makes it easier to type and just more comfortable overall. The area for your hand has enough space without feeling cramped and the heat generated by the USB plugin is plenty good to offset the office temperature. Helps getting through the work day a little bit easier! Plus the bright pink is a great color and no issues with quality or durability yet.
   The only issue she has had is that the heating element is right on top of your hand with this device so sometimes it does get a little too warm right on the top of your hand. She has said it's not worth calling the product a defect and still helps keep her hand warm as desired.
