Using the VaBroom’s vacuum feature is unwieldy in that you have to hold the broom on the edge of the vacuum ‘nozzle’ while applying pressure which activates the vacuum motor. If the broom slips off its edge the vacuum shuts off leaving the line of dirt for additional sweep up attempts.
Of course, since I just received the VaBroom, my hope is that with use the vacuum feature will become less unwieldy to use...the jury is still out
