We are sitting them up on bales of hay holding sticks over a fake fire like they are roasting marshmellows. They seem to sit up good on their own and adjust as needed. (By the way - we are handing out marshmellows, graham crackers and mini hersheys in a little package to go along with the skeletons. Found idea on Pinterest)

There was a small amount of glue on one spot, but other than that, they look fantastic! The arms and legs bend and it bends at the waist if you want the skeleton sitting. I have them outside as Halloween decorations and just used a few wire ties to attach one to the lawnmower and one to a fence. I think they both look awesome!
