You NEED to watch a couple of videos to really get the hang of it. After I watched the videos, it went much better. I know after a few more times, I will be a pro. It makes my hair really shiny and removed the annoying "bad perm" curl my hair normally has. I would recommend it if you are patient and used to using curling or flat irons.
