It's light weight about 1 pound. Has several cooling and speed settings and rotates too. It's nice that it's rechargeable, the battery lasts over 3 hours on high settings and lasts all day on low. Handle on the top makes it easy to carry. A cool feature of this is you can pile ice up on top and has a drain plug so the ice can stay there when it gets full and you don't need to tilt it. Instructions are in English and it runs off just a usb cord when plugged in. This is a great buy.
