quite frankly, i have a problem with buying sick bettas and nursing them. as you can tell, i have quite the few. but a while back i purchased a single one of these tanks just to see if i liked it, and i did, thus i bought many more. theyre what i would say is the perfect size for them. and this tanks give such a clean look. the led lamp has even helped plants grow progressively over time. this tank will continue to be my favorite. the only thing is that algae grows easy on the silicone. but thats an easy fix with just a quick scrub. my bettas are happy and healthy and ive had no problems with these tanks

It's glass, and very sleek; it's great as a home for my small higher humidity jewel orchids. I picked it because it's big enough (7x7x7), not too heavy for my plant shelf, and has a lid (unlike cylinders). I didn't like that the lid was plastic, or love that the silicone's a little sloppy on the bottom, or appreciate that delivered it in an untaped box, upside down, with almost no padding. It arrived intact anyway, which seems like a selling point (or really lucky). It's big enough to hold a small set of stacked slate steps, and plenty of rocks and soil, and a small plant or two. And the price is low enough you don't feel bad if the plant won't fit!

The small opening in the top made it easy to add a small air stone and they are all enjoying the current it gives out.
